We went on a cruise and had the usual American concerns about who would show us the sights in Jamaica. We could have not had a better time and felt more comfortable and safe! Delton is true gentlemen and showed us the “real Jamaica” and made our trip so enjoyable. We certainly hit all the popular spots, but felt we got to know a lot more about the local culture than if we took one of the big company tours. He spends 5 months a year in America, so he really knows how to explain the difference in our cultures and cater to our needs. I highly recommend Dr. Fun Tours and make sure you get Delton as your personal guide.

The blue hole tour was a great attraction. I'm so happy I did it! The waterfalls and jumps into the swimming holes was so much fun! Uncle Harry was a good driver and the tour service was prompt and pleasant. Our guidefor the Blue Hole, Troy, was the best. He took pictures the whole time and I didn't have to worry about it. He was great!! However, we stopped for a quick shopping trip on the way back and bought some rum to take home. The Rainbow Stores shop that he took us to was very expensive. They mark the bottles really high and then tell you they'll take half off. But when we got to the airport duty free store, we realized that even the half off was way higher than the duty free prices. Don't buy alcohol here!! I was a little disappointed that our guide didn't tell us that these prices were too high.

We were staying at Sandals RP and had Dr Fun pick us up. Half the price that Sandals would’ve charged us. An amazing time at Blue Hole and then the lazy river. I’d do some research and try to go on a day that the cruise ships aren’t in town. We got lucky and had both to ourselves. Great service. Would recommend!

To be honest if it wasn't for our FANTASTIC tour guide, "Uncle Harry", I would have rated this tour as a "1"! Uncle Harry was enthusiastic, accommodating, knowledgeable and patient. Other than that the tour was extremely overpriced. Basically, it only includes transportation and lunch. On the site it does say that activities are not included but in the description the only activity listed as at your "own expense" was the rafting at the Blue Lagoon. The description should be more clear that all activities have a charge and what those charges are because to do all the activities would cost an additional $105 + gratuities. So technically the tour cost, not $140, but $245+. Also, because of the drought, the stop at Somerset falls was canceled due to there not being any water at the falls and the Rio Grande was significantly shorter. We felt really cheated! The description should be made clearer about the additional costs or you should just add them into the tour price. I would not do this tour again!

Dr. Fun Tours, was the most professional & adept driver, transporting 28 people for a week for missions trip in the St. Ann's Bay area. When you get in the "Fun Tour" bus with Delton, you immediately know that you are safe and secure. The bus is impeccably clean and Delton is widely knowledgeable of all things local, geographical and historical. He is a genuine soul, who became, over the week, one of us. We laughed, we sang, shared stories over the course of the week. We ministered at four different churches, and he was right there in the congregation each night for four nights. I highly recommend Dr. Fun as not only your bus driver, tour guide, but as someone you can trust with your life and with your soul. Albert was our host/driver and he was really great. He took care of us and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Very professional and shared very interesting and fun facts as he drove us to the blue hole. After swimming at the blue hole, he offered to get us some fruits and drove us to a place where we can have our lunch. My fiance and I are happy we went with Dr. Fun tours. Thank you so much. We had so much fun on our tour with Dr. Fun on the Blue Hole and River Tubing tour. We had four adults and three teens and everyone had a blast. Dr. Fun promptly picked us up directly from our hotel and we first headed to Blue Hole. Along the way, he shared many Jamaican facts and history with us. Blue Hole was amazing. Javier was our guide there and he made the experience even more special. This is a MUST if you are in Jamaica. Just beautiful. You can make it as adventurous as you want or just sit back and enjoy the views. River Tubing was very relaxing after the jumps at Blue Hole. Just laid back and enjoyed the scenery. There were a few little rapids that made it fun for the kids. It was nice to see this side of Jamaica. Just as beautiful as the coast. Dr. Fun is the perfect guide to see Jamaica.

Dr. Fun is simply just that - loads of fun! My husband and I traveled with our two daughters to Ocho Rios by cruise ship. Dr. Fun's communication right from the start was excellent! He met us at the cruise port and made us all feel comfortable and safe (as my girls were a little nervous). Dr. Fun took us to The Blue Hole in his private air conditioned van all while telling us riddles and giving us loads of information of the town and local culture. Once we arrived at the blue hole he hooked us up with Riley as a guide there who was equally amazing to help navigate the water falls and cliffs/platforms to jump off. When we finished at The Blue Hole, Dr. Fun drove us through Fern Gully. We had the most incredible time with Dr. Fun! This was the best part of our entire trip! Highly recommend Dr. Fun! Our trip to the blue hole was amazing, my wife and I had an awesome time. Our host Javier was super cool and genuinely seemed like a good dude, only regret was that we didn't get to meet him later that day at Margaritaville for drinks. This time it was just my wife and I, I look forward to bringing my kids next time, they'll love it. Tip: get one of those waterproof phone cases they sell at some places, like $12, they actually work. I didn't have one yet on this day so I left my phone in the car, I wont make that mistake next time.

Amazing! Our teenagers are still talking about how much they loved this tour. Delton was knowledgeable, safe and fun! We beat the crowds at Dunn’s River Falls. Spent an hour or so hiking and swimming in the falls. Then we headed to Blue Hole. This is a gorgeous area with many different options/levels to jump and swim. Delton introduced us to Javier who was our guide. He was amazing and patient. When we were finished there Delton took us to some local spots and finished with some shopping then back to the cruise ship. It was a fabulous tour we will never forget!

Dr. Fun picked us up from our resort and the FUN began!! He was very knowledgeable and informative!! We got to the Blue Hole and it was raining. He was patient with us and let us stay in the van until the rain let up!!! Our guide at the Blue Hole was wonderful!! He was patient and encouraging for all of our jumps. He carried our cell phone/camera and took care of it while we jumped!! Note: bring a water proof case. The scenery is beautiful!! I would highly recommend Dr. Fun for ANY excursion!!! Well worth it!!!!

I was trying to find a custom tour to Nanny Falls and the UNESCO world heritage site in Jamaica (for which there is very little tourist information online), and Dr. Fun was able to put together a very exciting day for us. Spending a twelve hour day with Delton, we visited four main attractions – Somerset Falls, the Blue Lagoon, Nanny Falls / Moore Town / UNESCO, and Rio Grande rafting. We met him in Ochos Rios at 8am and drove east to Somerset Falls, where we spent an hour. We took a short boat ride to the falls. Next up was the Blue Lagoon, where we took another boat ride to view the expensive villas, Monkey Island, and some sea turtles that were swimming around. After a quick stop for lunch in Port Antonio, we went into the mountains to Moore Town and did a 30 minute hike through the jungle to Nanny Falls. The end of the hike is a very steep staircase that’s not for the faint of heart. A very remote waterfall that very few tourists get to see. I’m not sure if Dr. Fun had ever been there before, but he was able to prearrange a local guide for this part of the trip. We had a quick look around the museum in Moore Town. We then had a relaxing 2 hour rafting ride down the gentle Rio Grande. We made it back to Ochos Rios around 7:30pm that evening. Dr. Fun was extremely responsive to emails, honest, and a safe driver. While he has some standard tours on his website, I was grateful that he worked with us to put together a truly custom tour to visit the places we wanted to see. I’m glad we chose Dr. Fun!

Dr fun is full of life from the moment you meet him in your hotel lobby, makes your acquaintance then shows you to the comfy air conditioned mini van with plenty of space. On the way to blue hole he gives you fun riddles ps don’t think too hard, gives a insight to the local community you travel through. When you get to blue hole you are set up with an enthusiastic, helpful and friendly blue hole instructor who can take photos in picturesque action shots. Does not encourage you to do anything your not comfortable with. After having a great time jumping, diving and swimming, Dr fun is waiting for you with a towel to stand on whilst getting yourself sorted and ready to travel back. Bring tips because the staff are worth it and if you forget dr fun have no trouble passing on money for you. If you like to indulge in herbal snacks and treats then give some time to the Rasta man you meet on the way back. Ps thanks from Tom and Jodie who would recommend to anyone and everyone.
